Coronavirus Update: Our hospital is OPEN to treat patients!

March 19, 2020
Veterinary Medicine is currently classified as an essential service and caring for sick patients is of critical importance to us. In order to continue to remain open, we ask for your cooperation and understanding as we move forward. Our goal is to keep our staff, pets, and clients safe and healthy during this outbreak. We have enhanced the cleaning and sanitation protocol for our lobby and examination rooms so that our clients can rest assured. You will be shown to an exam room upon arrival and we kindly ask that the number of visitors accompanying each pet be minimized to limit exposure. We ask that you please allow Dr. Reid and our staff hold your pet during the appointment. If you are concerned about maintaining appropriate social distance, we are offering a convenient drop-off appointment to all customers. Simply let our reception team know that you would like to schedule this type of visit and call our staff from your vehicle when you arrive. A technician will pick up your pet up from the car, provide necessary treatments, and return your pet to you. Owners, if you are feeling ill or sick, please call to reschedule your appointment. However; if your pet is having an emergency or needs immediate treatment, we ask that you stay in your car and call our staff upon arrival. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we all work together to promote health. Academy Staff
